Immediate family (as defined in Interment Guidelines Part F):- A spouse, natural child, adopted child, foster child, stepchild, natural parent, stepparent, adoptive parent, one who functioned ”in loco parentis”, grandparent, grandchild, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, or daughter-in-law.
Indigent – Any person who qualifies under the financial eligibility criteria established by the Pinal County Medical Examiner’s Office
Cremations – Up to 4 Urns are allowed to be buried in an empty plot. If the plot is occupied only two cremation Urns are allowed.
*Open/Close – Costs are quoted for a standard burial, utilizing backhoe equipment. Hand digging of graves is estimated at 200.00.
Notice: A sworn affidavit is required prior to internment.
Town of Superior requires a 48 hour notice to prepare a plot for burial.
